2. What we do

• Marketing services for construction and trade businesses, such as content, advertising, lead generation and web presence.
• A free trader-matching service for homeowners, where we introduce you to vetted, specialist tradespeople in your area who may quote for your job.
• A referral programme for architects, where architects can refer clients' projects to us and we contact the client to offer our free service.

3. Trader-matching service for homeowners

• Our service is free for homeowners and there is no obligation to accept a quote.
• We introduce you to tradespeople. We are not a party to any contract between you and a tradesperson, and we do not carry out the building work ourselves.
• The price, timetable, insurance, warranty and standard of the work are agreed between you and the tradesperson.
• We take reasonable steps to vet the tradespeople in our network, but we cannot guarantee their work. We recommend that you agree a written contract, check insurance and references, and make sure any planning permission or building regulations approval is in place.

4. Architect referral programme

• By referring a client, you confirm that the client has agreed to you sharing their details so that we can contact them by phone and email about their project.
• We will assess the project and contact the client to offer our free trader-matching service.
• If the client accepts a quote through our service and the tradesperson starts work on site, we will pay you a thank-you fee. The amount and timing will be confirmed to you in writing.
• No fee is payable if the client does not go ahead through our service, or if the client has already engaged a tradesperson for the project.
• We may decline any referral. Taking part in the programme does not make you our employee, agent or partner.

5. Marketing services for businesses

• The scope, fees and payment terms of our marketing services are set out in the proposal or agreement we provide before work starts.
• We work hard to deliver strong results, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs or amount of revenue. Results shown in our case studies are examples and individual results vary.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for having the right to use any content, photos or footage you provide.

6. Using our website

When you use our website you agree not to:

• submit false or misleading information, or someone else's details without their permission;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to submit forms or collect information from the site;
• try to interfere with the website or its security; or
• use the website for any unlawful purpose.

We may limit the number of form submissions from a device and block any activity that looks like spam or misuse.
